Facilitation with a purpose

Any time spent away from doing your job must have value.  I pride myself on working with my clients to ensure any event I facilitate has a high return.  Understanding what the client wants the participants to KNOW, FEEL, and DO is critical to designing an event that participants will enjoy and can immediately apply to their work.

The Kirkpatrick Model

Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation is universally accepted as the standard for assessing training.  I apply this methodology to every engagement I facilitate to ensure effectiveness.
